• 1/4 kg oyster mushroom
• 1/2 kg broccoli
• 3 gloves garlic
• 1 onion
• 3 tbs. oyster sauce
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 1/2 cold water
• salt and pepper
• quail eggs for garnish
