Sinigang na Hipon at Isda
Seafoods stew of fish, shrimp, talbos ng kamote (sweet potato young leaves), tomatoes, ginger, mild green chili and onions.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg pork belly (cut into thick strips)
- 1 head of garlic (cruched, peeled and chooped)
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- salt and black pepper to taste
